I recently stayed at naif fort hotel, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is infested with cockroaches and insects, making it nearly impossible to feel comfortable. The rooms and common areas are filthy, with bugs everywhere. On top of that, the customer service is appalling, and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no regard for guests’ concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They stay was good the ac is not working so good but they have good balcony so i open that there is no telcom in the store to cummincate with staaf they provide no and not picking up the call but location and place is good

There are so many cockroaches in rooms, room service is OK but the only issue is have faced is cockroaches.
